Investing isn't merely about purchasing stocks; it's about acquiring a stake in a business. The essence lies in the prosperity of the business itself. When you invest, you become a partial owner, aligning (at least some of) your fortunes with the company's performance. If the business thrives, so should your investment. At Brandes, we believe in a long-term approach—focusing not just on stock prices but on the health and potential of the underlying businesses.
