Summer Internship - Rotational
Brandes Investment Partners, L.P. is offering a summer internship role in our San Diego, CA office for a detail-oriented and collaborative college-level student. If you know someone who would be interested in the opportunity to work with selected departments on a rotational basis, they are invited to participate in the consideration process.
Description
The internship will provide professional growth opportunities to achieve valuable learning experiences working for our firm. Selected Interns will gain exposure to several departments within the firm. The program will train selected Interns looking for resume-boosting experience for their post-graduation job search.

Responsibilities
This is a non-exempt (hourly) opportunity, and the pay range is $22-25 per hour. Responsibilities may include:
- Collateral revisions/optimizations, coordination of approvals, creation of internal messaging.
- Data input/collection for Research.
- Proofreading and reconciliation of due diligence questionnaires (DDQs) and requests for information (RFI).
- Reconciling details in the Mutual Fund (MF) and Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs) prospectuses to associated websites.
- Drafting quarterly reviews, support in gathering data around potential clients within certain areas of the industry.
- Reviewing vendor contract data for accuracy, Salesforce data cleansing, inventory of procedures.
- Assisting Regional Associates with data projects and scheduling.
This role may also assist with other projects and learning opportunities.
Job Requirements
- The hours are expected to be 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday for approximately 8 weeks.
- Minimum 18 years of age (per labor law codes).
- U.S. work authorization.
- You are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and ask questions.
- Technically proficient and familiarity with Microsoft products, particularly Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented candidates who possess critical-thinking and analytical abilities.
- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Role is best suited for someone exhibiting excellence in their pursuit of a college degree in Accounting, Liberal Arts, Finance, Business or a relevant major and in extra-curricular achievements with undergraduate graduation dates between 2026-2028.
