San Diego, California - October 5, 2023 - Brandes Investment Partners, an international investment advisory firm specializing in value investing, today announced the launch of three actively managed exchange-traded funds focused on providing investors with access to the firm’s deep knowledge of global fundamental value investing. The first of Brandes’ ETF offerings, these products join Brandes’ suite of investment vehicles and are managed by various Brandes investment committees.
Brandes Investment Partners has had an unwavering commitment to value investing for nearly 50 years. The firm works to take advantage of what it considers short-term security mispricing and market irrationality to pursue long-term returns. Fueled by client demand, these ETFs provide investors with three transparent, easily accessible, value-focused investment offerings:
The three investment committees who manage these new ETFs will apply the Brandes research-driven fundamental approach to selecting securities that they believe are undervalued relative to their financial strength and upside potential.
"Expanding our fund complex to include active ETFs represents our response to evolving investor demands and our commitment to broadening access to Brandes’ strategies. We’re excited to bring these Brandes value solutions to clients in an ETF wrapper," said Marsha C. Otto, CFA, Director, Mutual Fund Sales & Portfolio Management.
Brandes Investment Partners executed this launch in conjunction with Goldman Sachs ETF Accelerator, a digital platform that enables Goldman Sachs’ clients to quickly and efficiently launch, list, and manage their ETFs. “We are happy to work with Goldman Sachs ETF Accelerator and benefit from their deep experience and knowledge in the ETF space,” said Marsha Otto.
